FIRST REVIEW (: 

I picked up these Nyx eyeliner pencils for the summer and going to the beach . I put these under my waterline and i get so many compliments because it’s so vibrant ! But you would need to apply a fair amount to get a nice color . It stays longs under my water line . But when i want to line my waterline with the black , it would go away in a few hours . It stays for almost half the day , but then i would have to re-apply . It’s not creamiest eyeliner out there , but i’ll keep using it for under my waterline . (:
